Had a great experience buying skis here. Mike really did a great job helping me pick out the perfect pair. I was so happy I even took my daughter back to get a pair of skis from them. Definitely plan on continuing to go here for all my ski needs.

I insisted my girlfriend purchase a quality bike from a bicycle shop instead of a cheap bike from Walmart, so we stopped at Expedition Supply in Hartford, WI. They didn't have a real big selection due to the current Covid issues, but she test road a bike and found it to suit her needs. It was a beautiful light blue of proper size, weight was fairly light due to the aluminum frame and price was perfect. We purchased the bike without any other research, since I felt bike and bike shop were reputable; which really came into question shortly after my girlfriend rode the bike home and we were in our garage and the rear tire on the brand new bike blew. We returned the bike to have the tube changed and they replaced the bike tube and looked over the bike once again. We then returned home and I checked the tire pressure and test rode the bike to make sure everything was functioning properly. I was very surprised to see the rear wheel wasn't installed with the washers in proper location; which caused slight damage to the rear fork ends. The nut was forced too tightly into the aluminum fork and on the right side, due to the washer being placed incorrectly on inside of fork end instead of the outside under the nut. The left side was placed correctly, so that side was fine. I took a picture of the damage, but we didn't want to return the bike again, since I took care of the issue and figure nothing more would be done. I hope this review is helpful and useful for others. Something to remember or look over; never assume a business does everything correctly even though you think they are a reputable business. I had high expectations of this business being reputable, but our initial experience with this bike made me question my expectations of Expedition Supply.

I bought a used snowboard which I later found out had a bit of damage and was splitting in the middle. I brought the board to Expedition and the guy was very helpful with letting me know what was wrong and assured me they could repair and get it in good shape for the hills. It was a very reasonable price for the repair and wax, and it only took 2 days. I took the board out yesterday and it felt like a brand new board! Thank you guys for a great customer experience

Got a used snowboard on craigslist and I came here to get it tuned up. The staff did a really good job and they also added a bolt to one of the bindings. I was able to find a pair of snowboarding boots easily. I like how they have a lot of stickers because I was able to put them on my snowboard.
