If you haven't experienced the bugline trail, you really should. It's a beautiful paved course for biking. There are a lot of things to do in Menomonee Falls, and now it's actually paved all the way to Northlake. It goes through some very scenic territory. There are things to do and see at Sussex. We made a two-day trip starting at Menomonee Falls circling through Delafield back through Waukesha. This makes a great outing of about 80 miles.

Beautiful! The quarry is absolutely stunning.
Great trail. Nice smooth path. A little annoying with all the stop signs in about a 2 mile stretch, but it is what it is. The views and condition make up for it.
