Excellent experience with this Store. After looking at many online options we decided we wanted to take our daughter to see something physical to make sure we were getting something she wanted. The staff were patient and knowledgable and were not up-selling or doing anything other than trying to help their customers. Even when some minor issue occurred when the goods were delivered they were proactive and took care of everything. The bed quality is great, better than we expected. They also have a surprisingly good showroom with 2 floors of options. Highly recommend them!

If you're looking for quality kids furniture at great prices w/ great service - this is the place to go. I've purchased multiple beds and add on bed accessories over the past 10 years. DJ the owner is incredibly helpful - especially with figuring out the best configuration of the maxtrix kids beds - which I've adapted over the years as my kids have moved from toddlers to teens.
I had the pleasure of working with DJ when buying baby furniture for my first grandchild. My daughter and her husband weren't able to shop in person since the pandemic caused the closure of furniture stores. They looked online and picked furniture they hoped would look nice and be of high quality. Castle Kids was the only store that had no problem taking the order. DJ was very patient and informative with all our questions. She followed up with me in regard to delivery every step of the way. The furniture arrived this morning and we couldn't be more pleased. The entire purchasing experience was handled professionally and courteously including the delivery and set-up. I would definitely purchase from Castle Kids again and would love to have DJ take the order. Thank you.
