Small but friendly doesn't really describe this place. Coming here through the years, I've had bad service, I've had good service. One thing that is true, Atlanta connects the world. More recently, a focus remodeling and refreshing amenities is a good step. Also the beautiful international concourse is a design heaven in what is otherwise lower ceiling, darker concourses. Many Delta Sky Clubs is great. Plus selection chain restaurants. I would like some good local craft coffee. The airport itself is a wonderful layout making travel very effecient and connections between concourses not take too long (underground train)

Travel was to the FedEx cargo building in a tractor-trailer. Roads were very easily navigable in a big truck. Gate entrance was \parallel\ to the roadway, so you have to pass it, do a U-turn (plenty of space), and come back straight into it. The roadways and turns in Google maps were easier to understand than popular GPS units. FedEx was good too, you drop your trailer just inside the gate and leave, they dock it for you, come back about six hours later, and pick up your empty.

My 1st time traveling since pandemic. Not enough social distancing being enforced. People ignored the circles, no one instructed them to back up. I had to ask people several times to back up. It is large and easy to navigate. Also, Delta's email assured us they were covid safe and I didn't feel they were. People sat in the front and the back of us. They did hand us wipes to wipe down the seats ourselves.

Huge and efficient airport! The TSA agents that tells you what you need to put in the bins and what don't could be more polite but it is what it is. I am grateful of the cleanness of the bathrooms, gates and hand sanitizers all over the place. Thank you for the hard work!! :-)

Easy to navigate, friendly staff...great modes of transportation from North to South platforms. Visible markings for Airlines and parking, car rental accessible by rail from the airport in a short time and distance, will hold your luggage for three days if left on the carousel. Wear comfortable shoes you may have a long walk to baggage claim.
