Great place for the DIY person to shop. Friendly, inviting showroom and staff. Extremely fair prices. Was nice to find this place after an unpleasant experience at another stone yard that couldn't care less about a non-contractor. Ordered a shipment of bluestone a couple years ago and going back for retaining wall blocks soon.

I had the pleasure of working with both Dave in dispatch and Nick in the residential sales department. My project was quite large and complicated and they were extremely patient and professional throughout the entire process. I spoke to them on a regular basis and never received push back even during these challenging times while everyone has been working from home. I couldn’t be more pleased with my decision to take the extra 30 minute trip up north to work with Braen and their team of outstanding employees.

Was a hard purchase to do room the start.. not much follow through with return calls, but once on the phone, the sales woman was very friendly and knowledgeable and apologetic once their mistake was discovered. Once the product was in stock, we were loaded with the wrong product, figured this out after hand unloading and wasting my and employees time in doing so, and the hour and half travel time to replace with the proper stone. Although they have a nice show room, I believe I will stick with my smaller more local yards for future jobs.
