We have had Haulaway for 8 years, we always had excellent service, then this past year, they would not pick up the trash, but always the next day or two they would come. But then on a consistent basis they would not show. And now they have not picked our trash up now for 5 weeks. They told us they would pick up Saturday , but they never showed up. We will be switching to a new company.

Rented a container to hold our furniture, cloths etc while we repaired our home from a flood. Our reasonable expectation was that the container's roof would not leak water. 1,500 damage to the headboard of our antique bed. Hallaway refuses to accept any responsibility. Avoid this business!
It's been the better part of a month and this incompetent company still has not collected the trash from my development. It hasn't just been this month however, there have been numerous(too many to count) times that usually span weeks where they are inconsistent in doing their jobs. Don't bother calling, you'll be hung up on. Don't bother leaving a message, they won't return with a phone call. I won't get too upset about this TRASH company anymore as I know it won't be long before I can gleefully dance on the grave of this soon-to-be permanently shut-down horrible business.
If possible, I would give them 1/2 star. I have used this company for 15 years and always was very pleased until the past year. The service provided, which is expensive, has become worthless. I am paying now for services not provided. Trash and recycle is never picked up on time especially if weather is poor. No notification if service is delayed and no notification if service will not occur. When you speak to them regarding issues, it is always the promise that service will be that day and never is. I am done. I would not recommend this company at all.
