Had a table umbrella stolen off my back deck at about 4pm Upon calling police to report the issue I received a call back from them They were too busy to come out. After a 5 minute down pour they claimed wires and trees were down (Tuesday 25th)although no news stations reported any such thing and they then told me it blew away. A 6 and a half foot umbrella fully opened inside an umbrella holder and a 4 ft glass table on a deck with 4 ft railings somehow blew away and everything else, table , umbrella holder and other plastic furniture never moved. My yard is also surrounded by 40 ft tall arborvitaes so chances of a 6 and a half ft umbrella extended slipping through them is nearly impossible. I was then asked \who would steal your 30.00 umbrella?\ by an Officer Redding. Well probably the same person who stole loose change and two new tee shirts. They claim it will show up. They seem to know a lot. I don't understand why they don't know who is committing these crimes. Why would anyone steal loose change?
