They are under new management, they are so nice the young lady is so sweet. I guess they are the best janitorial supplies in Hawthorne CA

They are rude don’t have a clue about vacuum parts. It’s under new management two new ladies working there I think mother and daughter mother claims she doesn’t speak English so little daughter does all the talking but she is young and dumb and very rude. Need to go out if business don’t know what they are doing. I will not be going back ever again lost me.

I only go to have my vacuum cleaner serviced or buy a belt. The woman is incredibly rude, but, if you let her know that her behavior is unacceptable, she backs down. It is unfortunate that you have to tell a business person how to conduct business.
