As always, the Audi Hawthorne team delivered excellent customer service. A clean loaner. They even swapped out the battery on my key for me for free. And made my state inspection sticker perfectly straight as requested. Top notch service.

Not happy with my experience at Audi Hawthorne. I did not purchase my vehicle at this location, and I can’t help but wonder if that had something to do with quality of service I received. I came in for an oil change and filter replacement. The man I spoke with from the service department suggested that I go for the “Audi care” (oil change, tire rotation, etc.) which sounded like a good idea, but I wanted to consult with the Audi dealership where I purchased my vehicle before I committed to that. So I declined the “Audi care” and waited for my oil change...or so I thought. After 45 minutes of waiting, I was told that “your car is back up”. I assumed that meant it was done...nope, turns out that they didn’t do the oil change or the “complimentary” car wash (which I asked for when I arrived). I told the Service rep that I wanted the oil change and he insisted that I “have time” before I need the oil change and that I should get It with the Audi care package at a later date. I then explained that I have a long commute 5 days a week (the miles add up quickly) and that I need the oil changed for that reason. Again I was told “you have time”. At that point I didn’t feel like I should have to beg for the service that I was SCHEDULED for and left. Complete waste of time.

Loved my experience with Audi. My salesman, Ali was amazing. Before I even decided to buy the car, he spent hours with me going over the inside of the car and how everything works. He was honest, not pushy and patient. He knew the car inside and out and answered everyone of my questions with so much knowledge. The people in Audi are wonderful. Picking up my car was just as easy. I came from Mercedes for 20 years, and I am truly impressed with Audi's service, technical team and sales. They found a customer for life.

This is one of those places that will make you wish Google had more than 5 stars. Truly one of the most together auto sales and financing groups you will ever find - trying to fit you to the car you need/want vs the one they wan to sell you. From the GM Nic to the SM Percy to associates like Raphael, the service is first-rate. Everybody knowledgeable, everybody helpful, everybody focused. The facility itself - wow. Have never seen anything like it. Audi stores are great, but this one . . . the way the floor plan is divided into various areas, lends to privacy at salesperson's desk, keeping the hubub down, and making the store feel much smaller and more intimate. \Kitchen\ is well stocked, featuring Lavazza coffees, water, snacks with healthy alternatives. The back waiting areas are divided for kids, quiet, working, and TV. Nice touch! This is the kind of place you really should treat yourself to if you're looking to buy an Audi. And if you're not - you should. It's the kind of dealership that would make you want to change brands.
