I have never created a Google review, but I felt the need to do so after working with Jason at Prisco Hot Tubs. Not only was his knowledge and expertise of his inventory top-notch, but most impressive was his customer service and care. He is consistently patient with any questions we have, no matter how mundane. He responds to our calls, even months after purchasing our hot tub, very quickly, and is incredibly patient and thorough. He instills his confidence in his clients, and needless to say my wife and I are thrilled with the product.

My wife and I are extremely pleased with all aspects of our experience with Jason Murray and the rest of the staff at Prisco Hot Tubs. It is people like Jason and companies like Prisco that make and keep America great! As we read various reviews about hot tubs, it quickly became clear; the most important element to having a successful and enjoyable experience with any hot tub is who you purchase it from. We had already been to three other dealers and had our finger on the buy button when a friend recommended the Hot Spring brand and Prisco Hot Tubs. So off we went to Hawthorne. As mentioned in other reviews, Jason quickly made us feel comfortable and at ease. I had researched other brands but not anything on Hot Spring. Yet, within less than an hour we were happily placing a deposit on a Highlife Vanguard. Our unit came earlier than promised. The delivery experience was stellar! We had a little problem with the remote. I called Linda in the service department. The next morning a genuinely nice and knowledgeable technician replaced the unit. Yes, Hot Spring makes a gorgeous, solid, mindfully engineered hot tub and I do not expect to have many, if any, problems. But the peace of mind we have knowing Prisco has our back, has been the most valuable part of both our purchase and ownership experience.

I absolutely love Prisco Hot Tubes. From the moment we went into the showroom, I knew this is where I wanted to buy my hot tube. The place was clean, organized and social distancing was honored. Jason our salesmen was honest, precise and professional. We had to wait several months for the hot tub but it was worth the wait. Until you get in the hot tub and really enjoy the features you just can’t appreciate it. Jason was always available even on his days off. He is open and gives out his cel number for continued support. When our hot tub arrived he was available after hours to help with the set up which at first can be very overwhelming. He continues to be available to us even alter delivery. I highly recommend Jason and the staff at Prisco.

My Hot Springs Spa is amazing and very easy to use. Jason is the best customer oriented person I have met in a long time. He helped us every step of the way and is always available to answer questions and delivers clear and concise information. Set up was easy, maintenance is easy and its always nice to know that Prisco and Jason are just a call away! If only all products and services were as great and easy to use as a Hot Springs Spa from Prisco! Thank you Jason!

The hot tub is amazing! After shopping around, Prisco;s was the best deal. Jason (salesman) is attentive, honest and knowledgeable. He explains everything. The hot tub is easy to service; it has lots of features -- salt water, waterfall, mood lighting, cover, bench and much more. Delivery took a while due to the pandemic, but Jason was responsive from the start and through the installation and set up. Great experience.
