We love our pans. We purchased two after our China-made junk failed us over and over. The tables arrived very securely packaged and the customer support has been absolutely amazing, from technical questions (which these people truly understand) to more simpler questions, they’re always responsive and helpful. And made in the USA is a definite bonus!

I absolutely LOVE this pan. It has never failed me once and I use it almost daily. It first arrived to me in a very secure container to protect it and arrived fast & undamaged. There are online instructions and troubleshooting should you ever need it and Dave is ALWAYS there whenever I have a question or need anything. I use it in a mobile food stand and a food trailer and it is very easy to transport from one place to another with two people. It runs quiet and is VERY RELIABLE so I never have to worry from one event or another. If anyone is looking to buy a freezing pan DO NOT buy a cheap Chinese one that seems like a good deal because you will end up having to replace it or fix it. Arctic Griddle pans come with a warranty and best yet...a peace of mind knowing you have a solid product to work with. THANK YOU Arctic Griddle. You have a lifetime customer in us.

If I could give higher than five stars I would. I have been making rolled ice cream for a few years now and have went through multiple Chinese manufactured plates. All of them ended up with heat spots on the plates that made them very difficult to use. I found arctic griddle and Dave answered all of my questions. He even helped with explaining the hot spots on my old plates and what options I had with them. It is night and day the difference of quality from my new Arctic griddle plates vs the Chinese ones. There are no hot spots, and they can work in much higher temperature environments. It makes it much easier to roll. So far it has been the best decision I've made with my rolled ice cream business! 5/5 for great quality and peace of mind
Made in the usa. Far superior then any other machines. I have bought other machines from china and every one of those have failed within a year. Artic griddle machines have worked for us even outdoors in warmer weather. Highly recommend we have been in this business 4 years.
