Just had my sewing machine fixed, and they did an incredible job, it feels like using a brand new machine again. They have a huge selection of anything your little seamstress-heart could desire and the staff are all very warm, helpful and welcoming people.

Mr. Hayes always does a great job of servicing my machine which I purchased there in 2004. This last time in August he did all the regular cleaning and lubricating, etc, but did not charge me because he couldn't get the stitches perfect. I was amazed and so thankful. I do have a complaint however regarding notification from the staff that my machine was ready. I had been told it would take two weeks. I kept waiting to hear that it was ready, but didn't. Because I had seen about 40 or 50 sewing machines lined up in the store when I dropped mine off, I waited until three and a half weeks before calling. The lady I spoke with told me it was ready after 1 week, and that they tried to call but because of a storm couldn't get through. I just couldn't believe that they had not tried to reach me again. I was kept waiting an unnecessary extra 2 1/2 weeks when I really did need my machine.

I just needed to leave a glowing review about Mr. Hayes! I called the shop today because my machine was having tension issues. I explained what problems I was having and asked about bringing it in to be fixed. Mr. Hayes spoke with me over the phone and walked me threw the simple fix that my machine needed. He knew what the problem was right away and how to fix it. I appreciated his help so much and expertise and I will absolutely be bringing my machine here for it's regular maintenance!
