At HBM, your development is an active process. Career progression begins with our Associate position, working with the Strategy and Corporate Development team in St. Louis. Here, you will work with HBM’s portfolio companies on consulting projects across functional areas. In addition, you will drive the acquisitions process for new portfolio companies and bolt-ons. After two years as an Associate, you are positioned for rapid advancement. Your progress will be customized to your capabilities and development needs, with the goal of preparing you for a management position at a portfolio company within 5 – 7 years of joining HBM Holdings.
