I came to H&F Professionals with neck pain and migraines, totally expecting for a PT to show me a few exercises, tell me to do 20 reps of each, “check on me” 30 mins later and send me on my way. I AM TOTALLY BLOWN AWAY. This is unlike any other physical therapy place I’ve ever been to. Each practitioner takes their time to ask you questions, listen to your needs, and personalize the services to cater to your specific issues. Jimmy in particular has been wonderful and encourages communication to be able to better understand what is working and what, if anything, isn’t working. On top of that, they have chiropractic, acupuncture (among other modalities) within their practice so you don’t need to go back and forth to a bunch of different offices. I actually look forward to my sessions and feel better when I leave. My migraines have become less frequent, too which is an absolute miracle. I would highly recommend Health and Fitness Professionals (big ups to the Freehold office!) to anyone who is struggling to find a good physical therapy facility!

Extremely grateful for the excellent service provided by Dr. Michael, I have been battling a lower back injury for a year due to lifting and after six visits I feel great!, he truly cares about his patients and will find a way to fix you. His methods sets him apart from other chiropractors who want to adjust you indefinitely without identifying the problem and more importantly a solution. I can gladly say that I'am back to training at 100%.
Best atmosphere and most professional staff in the game. Love going there and would recommend everyone to go there for any type of pain they might be experiencing
