Mike does a thorough technical evaluation and physical exam to ensure a quality product. He is willing to take measures to assure the client a comfortable appointment. Both my father and my husband have been exceedingly pleased with their hearing aides and with Mike's continued willingness to keep the hearing aides in good working order. The office is clean and is convenient with lots of easy parking.
