Junk cars that are way way over priced. Our warranty is worthless but cost us thousands.

This company is shadey. They said they wouldn't run my credit unless we came to an agreeable purchase price but did run my credit, and then when I turned down the vehicle they turned it in like I failed the credit check but have a score in 700s. They tried every high pressure trick in the book. Then after wasting an hour and a half of my time (all I wanted was a price) guy follows me to my car trying to pressure me into purchase. It was a bad experience and I'm happy I can take my money to a different dealership. Horrible experience.

Spotted a car I wanted but out of my price range. For trade they offered me 4k. Then they had a special event and the car dropped 2k. The salesman (Chuck) didn't bother to call me, it had only been 2 days. I phoned up and he tried to act surprised about the sale. I asked him about my trade in and said he would call me back. Hours go by(while he waits for someone else to buy it). I call back again and he says he can give me 2k for my trade in. So 4k trade in presale brings total to 13k. Or 2k trade in sale, brining it to 13k. These guys are joker's. Plenty of other places to buy a vehicle. Chuck sucks

*Update: They are now calling themselves "Capital City Auto - Helena's newest dealership," but it's the same people, same dealership, just new owner. Super disappointed in the customer service here. Our salesman was Chuck and he is unfortunately not very knowledgeable about cars. When our check engine light came on 3 days after we bought a vehicle, he said, "It's not really a problem unless it starts blinking." It turned out to be a bad transmission, so the manager, Darrell, and Chuck kept promising to help us pay for the new transmission our car needed, but never followed through. They did lend us a vehicle off the lot while the car was being diagnosed. I want to support local business, but when you make promises over and over and don't follow through, it is hard to recommend them or want to go back - ever.

Less than pleased. I went in looking for a car, and I had a budget. The man I spoke with didn't care about what type of car I was looking for, or my budget. They made me feel very uncomfortable, I had to ask for my keys back after they looked at my car for a trade in so I could leave. The found out that they ran my credit a few days later when I wasn't there, without my permission. Never will I step foot in this place again.

I came in to mile high motors after my car was totaled. The staff was amazingly nice. They did everything to get me into a very nice car that was in my price range without any hassle the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. And I cannot recommend them enough. The car I bought even had a busted tail light which they ordered a new one for me and installed. After visiting almost every dealership in town I cannot recommend them enough they are hands down the best dealership in helena with a great selection of cars and trucks!

I'd love to give this place a better review but after buying one vehicle here id never do it again. It took 6.5 hours of me being at the store till I left with my vehicle. The vehicle was never mechanically gone over. They hit our credit 5 different times dropping our credit score many points. The list goes on.
