Sensei Michael worked with me several months this year before COVID hit and I had to pause. He is amazing! He is kind, conscientious, an incredible teacher, and truly the best self-defense instructor I could EVER ask for. His background in the military, working with those with disabilities and their families, teaching former soldiers with PTSD, etc. make him just a wealth of knowledge. I’m so grateful!
