Still Waiting what is going on? I had to contact you on the 4th because my order had not been shipped. It finally shows up, but it is wrong. I contacted you again. On the 8th, I was told that the right product would be sent. It is now the 14th and I have not received the product or even a tracking number again. Horrible customer service!

I called Help medical after dealing with Aprea for years. After not getting replies when calling them or the assistance i needed it was a breath of fresh air to talk to the people at Help Medical. Not only did they answer all my question about the new cpap i wanted to purchase but the price was 200 cheaper than others. Thank you, i'll be a repeat customer for sure.
