Tom and the whole crew (which includes his son Danny, this is a family business) was incredibly comforting to talk to and they made a very difficult situation 1000% better when he let me know that they will “Take care of everything”. They were fast, professional, caring and took care of my families bio-hazard situation, even though we’re out of state which makes situations like these all the more difficult and time-sensitive. I can’t recommend them enough, thank you Tom and team!

My father-in-law passed away in his home so I reached out to Tony with Bio-One. He was much more responsive and courteous than any other companies I contacted. He was very flexible and accommodating as I came from out of state to meet him. He worked directly with the insurance company to handle the billing so it was one less stressor I had to deal with. Not only did Tony's company handle the biological cleanup, they basically completed a mini remodel, leaving the house in better condition than before my father-in-law passed. I don't want anybody to need a biological cleanup service, but if they do, I would highly recommend Bio-One.
People are often too shellshocked by trauma to think to review this kind of company after they have done their work, but let me just say this: Bio-One Henderson was a Godsend. They are wonderful, helpful, and really cheaply and fairly priced. My aunt lived in a condominium in Las Vegas. Unfortunately, she passed away in her house and wasn't found for a few days. Bio-One Henderson has been extraordinarily compassionate and fair, and they have been thoroughly helpful and trustworthy in their dealings with me (even though I live 2,100 miles away in Maryland and can barely afford to fly out to Vegas once a month or so). I only have praise for Bio-One Henderson. Thank you, Tony, Danny, and everyone else! This has been a very difficult time for my family, and you were a greater help to us than you know!
When my HCAV system broke it leaked, causing water damage to my house. I was working out of state, and had a hard time getting places to call me back. I called Bio-One, and I am so glad I did! First, they are local and family owned. Second, they know what they are doing! Danny and Tom were easy to work with! Danny project managed the whole thing- he coordinated schedules with my sister, the crew was always, always on time and professional, and they helped contract for the restoration. They were always on time, they were quick to respond to my questions, and they did everything they could to make sure my house looked the way it did before.
Great job from this company. Thoroughly efficient and wonderful communication, which is always important for me. They were so friendly and professional regarding the estimate and the actual work, and I don't have any complaints that I could possibly think of. I couldn't recommend them enough to anyone looking.
