Henderson's streets fill with vendors and the wonderful smell of smoked turkey legs!!! You can find all sorts of Arts, crafts, food, history and entertainment. Love watching them make the syrup. There is a hayride that goes from downtown to the old mill to see history in action. There is literally fun for all ages. If you ever get the chance to go, don't let this experience pass you by!! The event has a high attendance so go early to get good parking.

Awesome folk life atmosphere!! Watching craftsman making brooms-- wood carving-- blacksmith and of course cane syrup!!
We only go to the Depot where the syrup making is at. The place to get molasses and fresh ground cornmeal.
Why does it have to be only ones a year? If it brings so much business
