Is your crawlspace dank and damp? Is water seeping in and creating potential expensive issues for your greatest investment, your home? Well, mine was...until I found US Pest Encapsulation! From start to finish, everyone at US Pest gave exceptional performance with the utmost in professionalism. I am so very grateful for the expertise of Brandon, Andrew, Parker and Scott (? the sump-pump guy?), as well as Sara and Phillip and the rest of the crew. USP explained everything down to the minutest detail before they began. They also included me in the inpection/punch list process. Then they addressed every last one of the little things that needed addressing and even installed a better door on my crawlspace with 2 slide locks and a Master Lock! They addressed every concern I had and didn't condescend or belittle my ideas. I had full encapsulation done with a sump pump and dehumidifier within the estimated time frame and price - a rare occurence these days. They also gave me a digital monitor for inside the house that monitors the system, as well as installed alarm outlets/breakers (I may not have all the nomenclature right here, but care was taken with every little detail). Now, one could nearly eat off the floor in my crawlspace! Finally, the system has proven itself over and over what with all the rain we've had this season as well as keeping my crawlspace maintained and dry due to a recent hot water heater failure. If I had not had this full system in place, I would have had a major mess and costly repairs, aside from the cost of replacing the hot water heater. I highly recommend this company and you will, too!

We’ve been using US pest for about 4 months now for ticks. We live in heavily wooded rural area and ticks were bad. I was constantly pulling ticks off my kids and pet pig even after dousing them in bug spray. I tried DE powder and other things to gain some kind of control over the ticks and nothing was helping. After the first treatment from US Pest, I only pulled one tick off my son. Since then, I haven’t seen a single tick. My kids go outside barefoot now and very seldom do I put bug spray on them and I no longer worry about ticks. Wallace is our pest control guy and he does a very thorough job. He doesn’t miss a spot. He’s very polite as well and I’m a very happy customer.

For 100 a year I want to know if they go down into the crawl space and at least spray some sort of treatment for mold or fungus while they're down there? That would be a nice thing for them to do for a hundred bucks.

I am happy with my U S Pest service man Jeremy. He is relatively new to me but very friendly and nice. He knows his way around bugs. I had a question for him about a tree in my yard that a neighbor said had termites in it and I really wanted Jeremy's advise. He met with me and came up with a solution to the question very quickly. With US Pest around I feel very good that bugs and spiders will not live with me.
