My wife and I got to the dealership about 4pm on a Monday afternoon to look at the Atlas Cross Sport R-line. Ray Rodriguez came out and greeted us. We clicked right away. I am in sales and like me, he isn't your stereotypical salesman. Was never pushy and showed us exactly what we asked for. We looked at a few different colors, models, etc. And my wife picked a color that even surprised me! Ray talked with us the whole time they were working on numbers. The cool thing was, it wasn't even about the purchase. He just BS'd with us. This dude is hands down the best car salesman we have ever dealt with, because, he isn't a salesman. We left there with a beautiful car and my wife is ecstatic. I can't recommend Ray enough, or Hendricks.

My experience at Hendricks was top notch, our sales consultant George Strong was one of the best sales consultants I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with, extremely friendly and knowledgeable! We love our new 2021 Atlas Premium 4Motion! My only issue was with how long it took to get in and out of the dealership...3 hours...the paperwork process should not have taken as long as it did, we had the vehicle picked out, walked in with pre-approved financing, and had come to terms on our trade in price and vehicle sales price before we walked in the door.

My wife and I were looking to capture December deals and turn in her lease as a trade. I had visited numerous dealerships to try and find her the right car. Just before we were about to settle on another brand, she agreed to give the VW Atlas a drive, which is where our sales guy, David Davidson comes in. This guy has patience like I’ve never seen and made us feel at home. Great conversation was had and he wasn’t bothered at all with our requirements during the finance phase while going back and forth to solidify the deal. Great job David! You’re the best!
