DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!I had to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission!! They mail out parts for printers that have not been requested or authorized- then sent me a 550 invoice ! Would not allow me to return the printerhead, or match a competitve price. Rocky at that office is of no help. Do not use them!!

The company did ultimately correct some problems we had with the new machine as there are no written instruction booklets. We had to call several times for help. The service tech came promptly and all is good.
