The customer service was simply first-rate; the one-word adjective to describe it is “Outstanding” the sales person and sales manager were responsive to questions and concerns. The entire staff demonstrated both awareness and safety concern for customers and took the required steps to relieve anxiety and apprehension throughout the entire buying process even in this restrictive pandemic environment. It was a great no-pressure shopping and buying experience. The follow-up after the sale is remarkable, you are a valued customer not a number. I would definitely recommend Crown Mini to all my Friends and Family!!

Fast, informative and courteous service, that’s what I found when I traveled from Fredericksburg to Richmond and visited Crown Mini of Richmond. I had a service technician greet me wearing the protective mask because our world changed but we still need vehicles and automotive service is essential. The tech made sure I had everything set up in the system and used the mini key fob to log the visit into their system. I am very impressed and happy with their service. I had to travel to Crown Mini of Richmond to have the alignment done on the Mini Cooper because there isn’t an automotive place around the Fredericksburg area that can make the necessary adjustments to that type of vehicles. In prior experience (the place I usually take the care for preventative maintenance) the technicians weren’t able to make the necessary calibrations to the alignment. They still charged me for the service, even though they couldn’t perform the job adequately. If Crown Mini of Richmond wasn’t an hour away from my house, I’d take the Mini Cooper there for all its maintenance needs. Thank you for the great service.
A great place to have service done on your Mini. They really go out of their way to make sure you are happy with the service your Mini needs. Tim and Steve are great with keeping you up to date on your car and I always appreciate their advice. I have taken my old Mini and now my new to me Mini to Crown for any service needed. Also very clean and follows covid guidelines. I would recommend anyone with a Mini Cooper in the area to bring their Mini here to make sure your car is safe and ready for the road.
Crown Mini never fails to deliver on every level. The service crew is top notch and the entire staff is aces. Whether a full service or a simple nail in the tire, everyone goes out of their way to ensure you’re taken care of. The Mini might be a great car, but it’s one made even better by the people who help keep them where they belong... on the road and driving strong!
I live in Myrtle Beach, SC and we don't have any Mini dealers less than 90 miles away. I was searching for the perfect Mini for my wife and I came across a special edition at Crown Mini. I reached out and immediately the team was friendly, responsive and helpful. They were extremely fair in pricing the vehicle, assisting with the paperwork remotely and prepping the vehicle. They received my signed paperwork back via FedEx on Monday and several hours later the vehicle was loaded and ready to go. Twelve hours later, I had a very happy wife (and we all know - Happy wife Happy life!). Thanks to the team and in particular Robin, Tim and James for such a great experience. I would definitely recommend them whether you are local or a distance buyer. You can trust them!
