I was supposed to have a phone interview. No One called me or voicemail. Got my food stamps and Medicaid denied bc they didn’t call me when there suppose to. Called my case worker multiple times, no answer. Called the number of the lady she had in her voicemail, no answer. Then she calls back at random times & I work at night, aren’t they suppose to warn you before calling? There is no number on here to call them. And unable to go to the office. But looking at these other reviews it doesn't look like that would help either

I hope you not really in need of food assistance right. I applied in February 2020and still waiting April 2020 even though I was approved. The 1- 800 number send you back to case worker who mail box is full who also never return calls when it was not full. The office is closed to walk in’ s. I Hope other have better luck or a better case manager.

My Medicaid was cancelled due to negligence on caseworker part and now I have to jump thru hoops to get someone to answer the phone and explain. These people are of no help and gives zero f#%ks about helping, only a check.
