They have the greatest staff!! Friendly and helpful. Bought a shirt for my wife couldn't remember her size. Ask Christy for some help and she looked up what my wife had bought in the past and told me what size she had gotten. Wife loves the new shirt!!

I gotta say, this is the second time I have been to Heritage and it seems like it just keeps getting better. First time I was out riding around and decided I wanted to check the place out. The staff all seemed friendly and welcoming. Good amount of stuff as far as merchandise and a nice selection of bikes as well. Went in today for the 1k service on my Heritage and the service Dept was outstanding. Definitely knowledgeable, friendly and kept me up to date on the progress on my bike. I got my bike back and it was spotless looking like it just came off the showroom floor. Definitely plan on going back there again.
What a dealership should be, great selection of bikes, parts, service and merchandise. Amazing staff in all departments, bike sales associates that aren't pushy, knowledgeable parts and service representatives that know about what they sell and services that they offer. Heritage has deeply rooted local community involvement that's second to no one that includes weekly support of non profit organizations on their premises. Heritage keeps the winter months going with events to keep customers involved with their hobby of riding and in house incentive programs to entice you to want to ride and explore. I don't work for Heritage or Harley Davidson, I just love this dealership, they've taken my Harley virginity and recently sold me my second bike with them in the six years I've owned one. Sadly a recent visit may have been my last, as to my understanding they where bought out by another company. I wish the staff the very best of luck with their future endeavors and hope the Heritage family owners made the best decision for everyone involved. It is truly sad for the community to lose such a amazing place that it has grown to be. I hope other dealerships had the opportunity to visit and were inspired to be as original as Heritage was and to never forget what makes them great.....the customer.
Scored some great tops at great prices. This place is dangerous....so much eye candy. Excellent selection and attentive but not naggy employees!
I recently bought a new bike from Paul at Heritage Harley. Not only was I pleased with the entire sales process, but I then had some upgrades done to my bike and everyone from the parts department to the service department was amazing! Everyone at this store is happy and so friendly and knowledgeable, and they make you feel like you're a part of their family. The girls up front in the retail area are very nice and always willing to help, even calling me to let me know when new items arrive that I had been interested in. If you're considering a new or used Harley, I highly recommend you visit Heritage Harley in Concord. My husband bought a bike here a couple of years ago as well and we are both extremely happy with our experiences. Thank you Heritage Harley! :)
I had previously bought a Street Bob back in 2016 from Heritage, and ended up selling it and regretting selling it since. So I chose to upgrade to a Street Glide and I absolutely love it so far! The staff at Heritage is top notch and I would certainly recommend them to anyone I meet. My salesman Ray was extremely accommodating and friendly, and never made me feel like he was just trying to make a sale. I was treated with courtesy and respect at all times and I couldn’t be more pleased. Heritage has certainly earned a customer for life!
Our experience at Concord Harley was simple and straightforward. We knew what we wanted but wanted to compare a couple dealerships. Meredith and Concord couldn’t be more different. Concord will tell you everything you need to know and gives you the respect to take a moment and think! Paul is a great guy and couldn’t be more helpful! He really wants the customer to be happy. Had my bike brought in for a service. Sean was awesome and patient with all of my calls to check on the status. They didn’t just do the service I brought it in for but made sure everything was exactly as it should be. Other shops will return you a bike with oil and grease all over it. They return your bike looking nice and with a well done and thorough job. Thanks, guys!
