Had scheduled maintenance done in a timely manner. And it was more affordable than I thought it would be. Waited until I got home to fully read everything. Had a question about something but couldn't talk to anyone at that moment. Tim Hardiek, Service Director, called me back and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. At this time I would recommend them.

If you bring your car here, then check your car after. I made the mistake of not checking my car after picking it up because it was raining. Then 2 days later (on my birthday) I noticed 2 massive scuffs. 1 on my hood and 1 on my rear right corner. See the pictures. Plus they road grim from their hands all over my steering wheel! However the manager did apologize and said they would resolve it \with a detail to buff anything out and any paint if needed.\ So now that I got the car back they did a washed (not detailed) the car and fixed the scratches on the hood, and they even fixed a smear unrelated to them, but they did not fix the rear bumper scratches. I guess they only have access to fix whatever can be buffed out, and don't have any professional body techs to paint.

On November 4th I found out my 2020 Tiguan needed a new transmission. Shawn and his team were nothing short then amazing. Shawn quickly got things moving for me to purchase another vehicle. The purchase process was great! Shawn and his team really took care of me. Had a great experience. If you need a car you have to go to Heritage Volkswagen.
