Nobody likes surgery, but is sure helps when you choose a great doctor and surgery center. Everyone was wonderful to work with and Dr. Laino was exceptional. Explained everything in advance and provided guidance throughout the procedure. Was extremely impressed by this outpatient center. A hidden gem located in Herndon in the middle of nowhere. Had to call them when I arrived because I thought I was at the wrong place. Inside and throughout the entire process you would think you are at a top major hospital.

OrthoVirginia was top notch from start to finish. Quality service, all people encountered were great, professional, able to gauge my comfort and well organized. Surgery went very well and I am on to a full recovery. Dr Avery was great, clear understanding of the problem. Shared insights going into the surgery and what to expect during and after the surgery. During diagnosis, Dr. Avery answered questions with clarity and shared pros and cons of approaches. Dr. Avery answered questions proactively that he knew I would find as I researched my injury and treatment. Thumbs way up, thank you for getting me back to the things I want to be doing!

I was very nervous going into surgery. Everyone went out of their way to make the experience as pleasent as possible. Dr. Parker and the other professionals (nurses, anesthesiologists) are amazing people and fantastic at their jobs.

Dr. Hartley was great! He gave me choices and thoroughly explained the expected results from each one. I decided to go with surgery, and he got me scheduled for the next day (because it worked best for my schedule for childcare). His PA and nurses were also fantastic. The anesthesiologist, Dr. B, was SO sweet and comforted me when I was nervous to go under. Overall great experience

I've gone to Dr. Klein for over 10 years and most recently went to him for ACL reconstructive surgery. Everyone at the practice I've encountered from the nurses in the office and surgery center, and Dr. Klein have amazing bedside manner. Dr. Klein takes his time to listen to your goals of surgery, and works with you to get you back on your feet and at normal activity level as soon as possible. His candor is greatly appreciated in what is feasible for recovery and not only when it can be accomplished, but how to get there the safest and fastest. If I ever need anything done in the future, Dr. Klein is the first on the list.
