From the minute I called to when I picked up my son's clarinet was impressive. Josh did a great job on the repair and also went the extra step and let me record him giving my son a lesson on the proper way to put together his clarinet so we can hopefully avoid having bent keys again. Thank you so much!

Purpose of visit: violin repair Date: January 2021 Good features: advice/tips/recommendations and “customer first” attitude. Just like everyone else’s reviews, it’s the insights and advice that they give to customers before making a decision. I went there to have my violin fixed but I also wanted to know whether my violin is worth fixing? I was seen by Mr. Joshua, the repairman and a luthier that I consider. I am a musician myself. I play guitar, drums, piano, flute, and others just for fun but not violin. I have no background about this instrument but Mr. Joshua gave me a lesson that a guy like me wanted to hear, to understand and to know. I learned playing music by ears but Mr Josh taught me something and gave me information that I can only get through reading books and not from a self taught. One of those best lessons I’ve learned from an instrument I haven’t and never used. Though I end up not having my violin fixed, my experience in that place is worth more than just a mere visit. My gratitude to you and to your team.
