Actually was happily surprised by the helpfulness and knowledge of this little shop! The employees are helpful and I enjoyed being around there. I will continue to use this shop. The only issue is that their prices are a little high, but since you can trust their work I will continue to do business here.

I ordered a custom trailer hitch for a 2019 Highlander. I ask all kind of question like would it look like it came from factory. I was assured it would. Well I ordered it , paid for it the same day because was told they had to have half before it could be ordered. So I just paid all. I was suppose to be notified when it arrived. After almost 2 weeks I decided to call and check if a problem had arose. No it was there but no one had bothered to call. I made an appointment to have it installed. I ask if the hitch would be ready to hook to my boat when I left the shop. I was assured it would be. IT WASNT' I was told I would have to buy an insert and a ball in order to hook a boat or trailer to it. I ask if they carried them and they said they didn't have any on hand for me to go to Auto Parts place to get it. . I looked at the hitch after I arrived home and it is the most horrible looking mess I seen . It is suppose to look like it came from factory but it looks like a shade tree mechanic installed it. It was below the bumper and there was no wiring harness to be seen. I had to call and ask about the wire harness. I was told it was in my hatch of my vehicle. I have to pop my hatch, raise the cover to my spare tire and pull out about 3 ft. of wire and hang it out the back of my lift gate in order to hook the boat up to it. Never have I ever seen such a mess. I will never use them again. I will tell everyone that ask where it was done and how I was lied to. I will let all my family members know not to use them unless you get everything in writing. When you ask if it will look like it came from factory you expect it to look nice not half done.

I visited H&H in Oxford on9/15/2020 to have step rails installed on my 2020 Ram 2500 with 200 miles on it. When I got my truck back there was damage on the drivers seat that wasn’t there before they worked on it. I spoke with the manager Dale Harbin he said they didn’t do that I most likely did it and refused to do anything and was very rude and unprofessional. I called corporate and Mr. Hall was no help, so needless to say I will never use this company again unless there is some major changes
