Robert and his guys did a fantastic job. The quality of the stainless steel hardware, high quality axles, and extra thick padding on the bunks all really impressed me. For the price, you just can’t beat All-Star trailers.
Bought a new trailer a couple weeks ago for my 24’ bay boat. Great hardware and build quality. Robert paid attention to what I asked fir and needed as I use my boat every day for work. Took a week or two longer than anticipated but everyone is having trouble getting materials and parts during the pandemic. Will buy another one in a heartbeat when the need arises.
I needed a trailer for my 29' Chris Craft. I was on a borrowed trailer and needed one right away because the owner wanted it back. I looked at used trailers for 3000 that were junk. One I looked at for 3400 needed six sets of leaf springs all rusted. I found Robert with All Star Trailers online. I was very skeptical with some of the reviews I saw but decided to take the chance anyway. After I found out how long he was in business. I figured you just cant make everyone happy and I placed my order. Knowing my time frame, Robert completed my trailer within 3 days of placing my order. We drove across state to pick it up. It was everything we wanted. They had to make a couple of adjustments but did so right on the spot. Robert couldn't have been more accommodating. His communication by phone and text were outstanding. He even sent me a pic of the progress. All in all, we are very happy with his work, price and product. He definitely went above and beyond to fulfill our needs. I would recommend him.
