I used to like shopping there, but will never again. First, delivery was very, very late. Second, they took my money and didn't take the boxes with them after I was told to give extra 20 for the boxes. The delivery and set up guys were very rude and unprofessional. You know your document said no boxes why lying to people and taking there money. I called them to explained to them what happened, I was told the guys will come back for the boxes , never saw them. No I would never recommend anyone to the Hialeah store.

Anthony was my salesperson. He sold me on a SET for my daughter. A set that was the bed, mattress, dresser with mirror and a sectional sofa. Delivery was set for Sunday. So I get a call Sunday morning letting me know they would be delivering my things later on as I was a little far from them and I would get a call from the driver 45 minutes prior to them arriving. Come 9:30 pm and I get a call letting me know that the driver is 10 minutes away. Um.. what??? So now I have to rush home to meet them. I understand you guys are busy but what happened to my 45 minute time frame? Anyways, fast forward to the furniture. Keep in mind, I had a bedroom set for my child and a sectional sofa. Please tell me why I get my daughters bed frame and mattress but no dresser and mirror? And please explain to me why I get, instead of my SECTIONAL, a sofa and loveseat? I wanted to send it back but where the hell are we supposed to sleep? The floor? I'm fine with the sofa. But I want the set that was supposed to be given to me. I should've checked the receipt before I left, obviously. But Anthony , instead of rushing it and attending 2 customers at the same time, should've been more attentive. I still need my bed and I wanted to get it here but screw that I'll get it somewhere it.

This store is terrible! They dont bring your furniture on time and when they do.. they dont have all ur pieces until two days later after paying for everything.. let this store be your last option cause you will go through hell!!

I had a very nice man by the of MichaelAngelo help me and got me just what I was looking for he was very Patient with me asking 101 questions and I went home with everything I asked for I recommend any and everyone to shop here it was a great experience for me ps.... the furniture is strong enough to jump on thanks Mikey
