I don't know what's happening with this place. it has been going down for the last three years. just received a letter saying that if we don't do as they say, we have to find another place to leave immediately. like kicking you out of your own house. i am the home owner not the tenant. ready to get a layer since i didn't like the way they're forcing rules.

My husband came to visit me and parked the car on the guest parking and got tolled for no reason. I have been living on this place for so many years and I’m tired of it. Here’s my protest. They don’t even have an association at the community and is a hassle to figure out where it is if you need anything. What make everything so inconvenient. Apparently you can’t have a guest after midnight. The association don’t take good care of the place. The landscaping is garbage always without maintenance there’s no grass and they don’t even try to keep whatever is grown under maintenance. My mom once was fine for trying to have the garden round her place looking decent. I can go one with this I hope a lots of people read this and more residents speak about what is going on to this place. The kids playground is a completely neglected huge cat liter box with 2 broken swings. It very sad.
