In the market to purchase or rent a new trailer, was directed to roberto from sales in hialeah. This individual doesnt have the slightlest clue about what customer service is, i greeted with a how are you and he kept on screaming at me \HOW CAN WE HELP YOU\ like tell me what you want. He screamed over the phone around 4 times the same thing in the seconds we were over there phone with him. i told him his bad attitude ruined his potential sell and i was not going to make any business with this company. He just hung up on me. You guys should hire more decent people, theres good people out the looking for jobs that could do a way better job. This guy is single handledly hurting your business. i will not be purchasing there or recommending to anyone.
