Very nice accommodation and priced very reasonable. The staff is absolutely amazing and go above and beyond to help. Bob is one of the nicest people I have ever met and made us feel like family. All around great place and highly recommend.

Calm and seasoned. This place has been here for a minute and is a great way to access Norris and all the lake has to offer. The food at the restaurant is great and the service is friendly. The place gets crowded on Sat nights. They have live music. The Marina offers a small store for basics and provides fuel for boats. Waiting list for a slip. Good times.
I rented a cabin at Hickory Star for 4 days to do some fishing at the lake. Had a great time. They offer overnight covered boat slips. The restaurant on the water had decent food. The general store was convenient. And the cabins are cozy with everything you need. The only downside was my initial cabin had a nasty cigarette smell. Luckily they let me move cabins.

Tell a lie or two to your buddies while we serve you delicious appetizers, sandwiches, and pizzas. Arjay’s is the perfect capper to just another day in paradise at Hickory Star. Bringing a large group to the lake for a party, wedding, banquet or retreat? Our Events Center seats up to 100 people, and we have commercial kitchen equipment on-site for properly holding and serving both hot and cold foods. With accommodations at our Hickory Star Resort Inn right next door, the Events Center is a great place for a weekend business retreat for up to 40 people.

Hickory star has down home super friendly staff... Great location, food is marina caliber but plentiful. Scenery is awesome...we bring our bikes and ride up the hilly roads. Other guests are always friendly, and we've been invited to beer pong or card games with strangers. Bring your southern hospitality attitude not your northern entitlement one and you will love this place!
My favorite spot on Norris lake. Easy boat access and live music through the summer.
It was a pleasure to visit the Marina. There's plenty of rental cabins located here. The boat dock has a fuel station. There's a fairly large convenience store, plus there's an outside restaurant/bar with plenty of seating. Masks aren't really required but they have signage suggesting to wear one and keep your distance from others when necessary.
