By far the best place I have ever worked at and first company I've ever worked for that doesn't mind paying there employees what there worth. Most companies abuse there power and don't pay you enough to support a family but with bana box you can support your family and do much more. Great work environment and good management at Hidalgo Bana box warehouse.

Pros: Very Impressive micro plant that is that supporting side of a huge plant on the other side of the border in Mexico. High-tech equipment. Well dressed employees. Clean floors and walls. I had to travel for business to find a supplier in the area, which is always a beating but I was very pleased with what I saw. 10/10 on finding a new supplier. Thanks Bana Box! Cons: Very loud for what I was used to hearing in box plants. The big machine they use to make boxes seems to be be very fast but it puts out a lot of noise.
