FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD. Adapt health now known as Palmetto Oxygen is stealing money from medicare. My mother has been billed numerous times for oxygen services that she has not had. They somehow have gotten her medicare information and are stealing money from medicare. I am now on my 8th phone call to try and fix this issue! You are crooks and shouldn't be allowed to treat seniors this way.

Company is hard to reach and never calls you back. I have placed 7 calls in one week with no returned call. Terrible service . I will also report them to the Better Business Bureau.
I have been with AHC for 7 years...The acquisition by AdaptHealth has been painful. Shipping: I’ve been waiting 22 days for my CPAP supplies. I and my doctor have called them, we have emailed them, and their response has been, “It’s on the way!” I hope you don’t hear...”it’s in the mail.”
I am so disappointed in the place. I know several people and have worked with them. The lady in front of store is fantastic. but the office staff behind is rude and had such attitude. It is such a shame. she was was happy not to help and not be bothered. I know that many are very hard working the techs and Rt but I would hate to call the office staff.
