This store is a real asset to our area. My son recently began learning guitar so I decided to dust off an old guitar I had bought decades ago only to then put on the shelf. It needed professional attention to bring it back to life. I left it in Dennis' care and he did a great job bringing back without punishing my wallet. We've been into Jacobs Music Center numerous times recently and Dennis and his staff have been excellent every time. Today he took time to fire up an electric guitar just so my 6 year old son could get a thrill. This kind of customer care is what sets Jacobs apart from the mega stores. Support your local business.
