Quick hike with a huge payoff. Stunning views of highlands ect. Don’t let the private drive signs discourage you. There is a place to park at the trail head and the trail is part of the Highlands Cashiers land Trust.

Stunning views, beautiful places and great cardio workout all with tons of fresh, clean air to boot! Do not miss if in the area.
It appears to be a popular hike up from Highlands. But, it's steep in places for some folks, mostly asphalt thru a residential area to a small parking area near top... then hiking trails another 500yds or so to the top. Views are 280 degrees... pretty good, but not super spectacular, at about 4650ft elevation, but I still prefer Whiteside Mtn hike and views.
Nice walk in the highlands. A little tough on the way up but I’m 7 months pregnant. If I can do it anyone can. It is worth the views to walk up there.
Most of the trail is a road walk, but the view at the top makes it worth it!
