I had a vehicle stored at Highline Storage for several months, and Alison went above and beyond her duties for me and my car. While I was out of town, she was quick to respond to my phone calls and to answer questions about how the vehicle was doing. And when I didn't need the car anymore, she stepped up to help make the process of selling the car smooth and successful. Thanks again, Alison, for all the help!

Nice Storage facility, well lit with easy 24 hour access. Easy web page which allows you to sign up for a storage space fast and easy without going to the location. Owners were easy to work with and and if you had any issues they stayed in contact with you until the issue was resolved. I would recommend this storage facility.

Allison never returns your calls. If she says give 30 minute notice, plan for 30 day notice. And she still won’t return your calls or emails. Please hire someone who cares. If you are paying her your sure not getting your money’s worth from her.

I called Store It America to pay my bill and I was told by Allison that its now owned by Highline. I told her that I wanted to make a payment on my unit. She tells me that she is driving and would call me back when she arrived at the property. Five hours later I call because I didn't receive the return call, Allison tells me that she's with a customer and she would call me thereafter. I did not get a call back at all that day. I called the next day and left a message... Nothing! Three days and messages later... Nothing! I now have an uneasy feeling because they won't return my call so that I can pay for my unit. Are they going to say that it wasn't paid and try to auction it! With this type of professionalism, you don't know what to expect. My trust in them is shattered! I never went through this type of circus with the previous owners and I've been storing there for over 4 years. Update: Allison called back a few days later and explained that they experienced some issues while transitioning. I got my payments setup and its been smooth sailing from here on out. I just wish they would have took time to speak with me and explain the situation when it happened and not in hindsight.
