This was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had. Sydney was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. I got the best used vehicle here, a Mercedes SUV. I traded my BMW. They gave me a fair price for my trade, and there was never any pressure to buy. Sydney allowed me the space I needed to test drive a few vehicles, and answered any questions I had as I worked through 3 other, larger dealerships in the area to find the right SUV for me. I would highly recommend this smaller, more personable dealership over the larger ones in the area-and that includes Savannah.

Great service and awesome employees! John from service took care of my needs very professionally and even saved me some money. I live much closer to another dealership in Savannah, but I'd rather take the drive to Hilton Head BMW. I'll definitely be making my next purchase right here!
I am thrilled with my experience with Tim Lawrence at BMW of Hilton Head. I bought a CPO BMW from several states away (NJ), site unseen, and my salesman Tim Lawrence made the whole thing smooth and seamless. The price was good, Tim was totally professional, accessible, and pleasant to work with from start to finish. Especially when the car arrived (hybrid) without a charger. I called Tim on Sunday night and he told me he’d overnight the charger...and he did! How someone treats you after the sale speaks volumes. The car was delivered yesterday and it is as he promised; totally clean and it great shape. I never thought I’d buy a sports car without seeing it, but Tim was honest, straight forward ans built trust. He came through, and has integrity. He’s a major asset to that dealership and I am so grateful for the smooth process! Overall great experience. In a day when so many people complain, it’s my pleasure to share something positive, as was my entire experience with this purchase. Thanks so much Tim!
