We stayed the week of Labor Day. Great condo, 2 master suites on the lower level, twin beds and bathroom on upper level, nicely equipped kitchen and nice furnishings. The unit was spotless (very important to us). It was on the 2nd floor, balcony with golf course and lagoon view (yes we did see alligators). Pool and gas grill are just steps away. The beach access is about 1/2 mile away but having the cruiser bikes you could get there in minutes. On the 2nd night the A/C stopped working, maintenance came within 30 minutes to assess, repairman came at 9:30 the next morning (on Labor Day) and repaired faulty part. Really enjoyed this resort.

Great place for a vacation. Very diverse age groups. Well cared for properties. Pools and hot tubs are great. Bikes are provided at the units and easy to rent extras if needed. Lots of wildlife. Close to everything. Did I mention our unit was a five minute bike ride to the beach

Stayed here two summer vacations in a row. Coming from NY. We all Loved it. Private beach which my kids loved.. Nice bike paths. Quiet all day and night. Never felt like leaving. Very convenient and clean. Will definitely stay here again. Had one issue with our condo but it was fixed quickly.

Enjoying my stay very much! However, if your a clean freak like me be sure to bring some disposable cleaning wipes. Maybe it's because it's the off season but this particular unit was one of the dirtiest time shares that I've ever stayed in. Lots to do, and the wild life as you walk around is spectacular. I would go again, just plan on bringing those wipes!!!

Our family convenes at Hilton head every year between Christmas and New Year’s. When counting my parents, the five siblings, the 14 grandchildren, and any invited friends...our party can approach 30 folks. We typically reserve 5 units. This was a wonderful place to stay. Condos in Shipyard. Our view is water then a Par 3 on Shipyard. We love coming here easy access to the beach. Pool is just across the street, putting green, Jacuzzi and grills. However, accommodations are not great for handicap access.
