I would give zero stars if I could. Extremely rude “customer service”, if you could even call it that. The arm of the 300 frame that we purchased snapped in half two weeks after purchase and this company said they would not even speak with me about replacement because they are only business to business. When I explained that the business that we had purchased the frames from was closed, they told me that was not their problem. I explained the emergency that I have a low/no vision 8 year old who requires special frames and lenses and that they are very expensive. I explained that I needed to order either a replacement part or replacement frames immediately because of how long it takes to get new lenses (I wanted to pop the old lenses into new frames) and that my son is blind and light sensitive. He cannot physically go outside without his lenses. The company’s response to that was “Unless you are a business I can’t do anything for you!” So, now, we have to spend an additional 780 and keep my son home and inside for two weeks while new lenses are made. That is just sad.

Great Frames. The guy Sean who answers the phone is the most nastiest and rude person to deal with. The attitude he has and gives every single time you have a question or call with a concern is simply unnecessary and disgusting. Getting a replacement frame is impossible because they have their styles discontinued after 3 months of ordering. Customer service is non existent.
