This is my workout place. Been going here since Jan or Feb of 2018, I am not able 2 get my schedule 2 line up w the newest schedule that occurred n Sep, but if you can make it I Surely encourage u 2 check out a class and enjoy the products. This is more than just a place 2 workout, it is a place 2 gain friends and loose troubling issues (@ least 4 ur hr wrkout). U will not regret going. And if you r saying u r pregnant or hav a medical issue, dont let that stop u. Clear it w ur doc 2 b able 2 ncrease heart rate, but come 2 class and do wat u can. U can let the ppl w the buttons (will make sense when u get there) kno of ur medical (bodily) restrictions and they will b able 2 provide u alternative movements 2 engage all muscle groups n ur workout..so no matter if u can handle 0lbs up to 400lbs there is a way 2 get that healthy u engaged. Tell them Wonder Woman (they will kno who ) invited u.
I liked it. The workouts got me sore, which is a good thing. And they weren't hard to do.
