Not very happy. I'm giving 3 stars because it's a clean, well laid out shop with a good selection of inventory. The staff greeted me and offered to help, but this was my first visit and I wanted to browse. I eventually selected some soft plastics, jigs and scent. At the last second I saw a kayak cooler bag than interested me and checked out. The kayak bag was ok, though stained inside....no deal breaker. The label showed an available but not included hard basket, so I went online to buy it. I was very disappointed to find the same bag I paid 59 and change for at Rigged & Ready could be purchassed from a variety of sources for 25 and change. I believe in supporting local shops and I'm willing to pay a little extra to have a local source for the things I need, but paying more than double goes beyond my sense of obligation toward brick and mortar outlets. The store has a no refund policy and that's fine. If they are willing to let me exchange this overpriced bag for more sensibly priced items I frequently use I'll be happy to update this review. I may well buy from them again, but not without price checking items I'm unfamiliar with.

If you’re looking for a trustworthy local family owned fishing business to support, Rigged & Ready is it! They truly care about helping their customers. I visited them to just check things out with my wife, and have since been back numerous times for our fishing needs. With a little help from Rigged & Ready we put some Kings in the boat the first day. Every time i’ve gone the staff and/or owners are happy to be there and help you make the best of your fishing day. This is not your beginner tackle store either, as they have the best and newest gear whether you’re taking your family out to cast around the beach or running 75 miles to the gulf stream for Wahoo & Mahi. They know their stuff with tournament awards to prove it. Can’t say how thankful we are that rigged & ready is only a short drive on those warm weekends for all of our fishing needs. We’ll certainly be sending our friends and family their way! -Cody

Kevin did an amazing job getting us on some fish yesterday. We debated if it was worth the investment to fish because of the weather. Kevin kept communication up and gave great advice but never pushy. Behind the scenes he was contacting other fishermen still on the water. End the end we hit a window of time with good weather and my 4 kids, my wife, and I had a great time. Catch 2-15 pound mackerels and one smaller one. The environment on the boat was very professional and family friendly; even Lola (pet lab was great company!) added a special touch:) . My 2 teenage daughters also had a blast. Great family memory! It was one of those days that I told the family God was gracious to us and answered 2 -10 year old boys prayers to catch a fish when with the weather and everything else only God could have allowed it—Praise God. We did a charter with Joe and Toby the other day and it was excellent! Joe and Toby are THE BEST!!! Very cool guys, super nice and knowledgeable. We’ve done other fishing charters, but none of them hold a candle to Rigged and Ready. Can’t wait for next year!
