I’ve thought about posting this review for a while. I’ve come to the decision that it’s necessary. Sorry we didn’t have a positive outcome. I’ve only met Matt a few times. He’s nice at first and then comes across as insulting, condescending later. When you lay a loved one to rest, all you want is patience and empathy. I think more empathy could’ve been used. I get that it’s an affordable place, still empathy, respect should be number one with any funeral home. Not at this place. Beware. There really is no redo when it pertains to a funeral and when they make you feel stupid, it doesn’t help.

Matthew Holden and his staff were the perfect example of compassionate professionals. Every single request I made was met with the staff going above and beyond. After initially giving them the info for my mother to be cremated I called the next day because my grandmother requested a lock of hair. When I called Matthew he was not only happy to meet this request, he asked if I'd also like finger prints. Matthew and Katrina were always happy to answer any questions or concerns I had and were even able to accommodate a short notice appointment when the urn I had ordered came earlier than I expected. Their services were very affordable and made it well worth not going with a funeral home in a bigger city that was closer to me. From start to finish the staff were great and took wonderful care of not just my mother, but me and my family. I'm forever grateful for their help!

Holden's was great from beginning to end. They were not pushy and we're very respectful. Made a rough emotional time a little bit easier. Thank you to all that assisted my family through this difficult process.
We had a wonderful experience, the young women who helped us was super. A very nice clean facility. We never felt rushed or pressured to purchase anything. It was as pleasant an experience as we could of asked for considering the circumstances
