Stayed from August 2018-2019. Really great experience and one of the best places if not the best I have stayed in Lawrence. Amenities are decent but price to quality is fantastic and the management is the best I have dealt with in Lawrence period. Specific props and thanks to Danielle and the maintenance team for making our time there fantastic.

Holiday Apartments is a great apartment complex. I lived here for 9 months and I was very happy overall. I had a few maintenance issues but the facilities staff was very prompt in correcting them. I had to leave the state before my lease was up but Holiday helped me find a cosigner, which ended up being a win-win for us both. Prices are reasonable as well. Highly recommend this place, especially if you want to live in Lawrence and commute to KC or Topeka.
My roommate and I live in a two bed-one bath just for this year while we both are completing our first year of law school. We absolutely love living here. The staff is so flexible (we had to pay rent late as we both were back home over the holidays when rent was due) and quick to respond with just basic questions and inquiries as well as maintenance requests. The apartment is fairly small, but the rent is so reasonable that we were willing to live in a smaller place. We also have a cat, and management is super awesome about pets! The area of Lawrence is decent, could be a little more safe; but the residence is quiet, which is just what two law students need. Only two negative things. 1) Would not recommend doing laundry on site, it tends to gets a little backed up and I've had a few problems with the washers not draining and a few being out of order. 2) There is a nasty pot hole right as we pull into our parking lot that is nearly impossible to avoid. But these things are just cosmetic. That being said, we really appreciate the responsiveness of management and for the price we pay, we love living at Holiday Apartments!
I lived in these apartments for 3 years ( 1 bdrm, 2bdrm, and 3bdrm). I really enjoyed my time here, the prices were fair and the staff is awesome. Maintenance is usually pretty quick to follow up on any requests. I would recommend holiday apts. It's a quiet area, close enough to everything and even the staff at the gas station are nice!
