Loved the work that they did and would most definitely use them again and recommend them to friends. Our back yard is exactly what we wanted and the fireplace that they built is a work of art.
The previous owner had a paver patio with lighting installed in May of 2019. I purchased home in November of 2019 and noted an LED light was malfunctioning. The owners said they spoke to Holloway and I could get repaired. I called to see how accommodating they would be to repair. Holloway refused to fix what turned out to be a defect in their installation. The wire was not capped or shrink wrapped, it was simply twisted and electrical taped. While I understand warranties don’t transfer, a reputable company that stands by their work and has top level customer service would have fixed the light that was less than 6 months old and well within prior owners warranty. Solely fixing to stand by their work instead of a fine print on warranty. Best part is, I asked about this prior to requesting a bid on a 30k outdoor kitchen. Glad I tested the integrity and service of the company first. I’ll fix myself in minutes and get my bar built elsewhere.

Holloway Co. did an excellent job completing our stairs, patio and under porch enclosure this summer. We began planning our project in April and received multiple quotes from various vendors. Holloway Co. was one of the last we contacted but surprised us with an easy planning process and a great design. Most vendors asked “What is your project budget?” and they all came in on the high side of our number, except for Holloway. Our planner, Dave, never asked how much, he just listened to our requirements, made some suggestions and then worked on the design. The design and quote we received were exactly what we wanted and fell right on our budget number. The decision to go with Holloway Co. was easily made, as we had talked to neighbors and friends who had used them and were happy with their work. The Holloway Co. team was with us through the whole HOA approval process and made it simple and easy. Once the project started, the project manager Zac, did a great job of communicating with us on the steps that were taking place and what to expect. The patio team made quick work on their part of the project and the framing team came in and did a great job with the stairs and enclosure of the under deck area. We are very pleased with Holloway Co. and can’t say enough good things about our experience with them.
