My office decided to switch from Culligan to this company. We tried to get out of the contract after a year of service and they said we owe them 4,680 AND we won't even own the equipment after paying that!! They never come service it and you can buy one of these systems yourself on Wayfair for 180 with no monthly fees. DON'T SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THESE PEOPLE!! Very unprofessional way to do business.
