This is a great place, especially if you have kids. The staff is very friendly and helpful. But, I have to say the Christmas trees this year fell below par. Hardly any of them were well trimmed. They all looked rather “ wild” and scraggly. Maybe they changed suppliers? You should leave with a tree, loving it. This year we picked one and said “we can make due with this one.” The price of trees was higher this year too, I’d say by at least 20%. Seemed like NY pricing. After all, Frazier’s are grown right here in NC.

Always a great place to get wonderful Christmas Trees! Bring your old halloween pumpkins to feed the cows!
This farm is amazing! We got pumpkins from them in Oct and our daughter loved seeing all the animals and running around. So we went back for a tree in Nov and it was lovely, the photo ops were great, and the trees were so pretty. However when we got home with the tree it became clear that our daughter is in fact allergic to Christmas trees (we weren't sure that's what it was last year or if it was just winter allergies). I contacted them and they let us bring the tree back!!!! I was shocked but so relived. I cannot express how much I appreciate them and their willingness to take the tree back. We will def be back for pumpkins next year, and maybe... just maybe... my daughter will outgrow her allergy!!
Our visit was on a beautiful day which is always a plus, however the farm is very nice as it would be on any day. Pumpkin prices are very fair, as well as the plants that fit the fall season. A couple of suggestions that would help the experience a wee bit better. Most places like this that I have visited have wagons (child size) to collect your bounty. I think it would increase sales. Also, grandma and grandpa need a few benches scattered around. Other than that - - it's all good.
Most reviews pertain to the Christmas experience; this is about the Halloween experience. Most importantly, there is no pick-your-own pumpkin patch here. Instead, they truck in pumpkins, gourds, and the like and arrange it out in a farmhouse-like setting. That's about it. There are no hayrides or other activities, other than observing some horses, cows, and chickens. So it's pretty basic. The pumpkins are nice but obviously more expensive than you'll find in grocery and big box stores. We will check out the Christmas show and see how that compares.
